This first weekend Julie and I don't know where we will be. We're the first of our study abroad group to get to Sweden and will have the weekend free. The program begins on Monday. We had a trip planned to Helsinki, but waited too late to get a good fare, so we decided to see what was cheap at the Stockholm airport. Which may be a little silly; it's not as if we're going to the market or something. Most likely we'll go to Helsinki by boat or air, or to Copenhagen by plane or train. I really want to go to Helsinki because it has a strong cultural influence from Russia. The university hosting our program is in Jonkoping (pronounced Yun-shipping).
